What we do with your feedback

All the feedback we receive will be reviewed so we can endeavour to give you a more effective service.  To give your feedback, please complete our feedback forms:

Complaints – We guarantee that we will respond to your complaint by the end of the next working day.

Suggestions - If you have a suggestion, this will be passed to the Head of the Dental Complaints Service to consider.

Compliments - Your compliments will be passed to the Complaint Officer(s) concerned.
