How to complain
Before you send your complaint to the Dental Complaints Service, ideally you should have complained to the dental practice or practitioner involved. They should give you full details of their complaints procedure and try to sort out your complaint.
If you have a complaint, but have not mentioned it to your dental practice, you can use our on-line system to write a letter of complaint to your dental professional.
