Making a complaint
These web pages will give you a step-by-step guide to help you through the complaints process.
If you have received dental treatment or services which you are not happy with and you have been unable to resolve this with the dental practice concerned, we may be able to help you.
Our complaints advisers look into complaints about privately paid-for dental services provided in the UK.
We can provide special help if you have difficulty using our service. For example, if you have a disability, if English is not your first language and you need an interpreter, or if you need help filling in your complaint form.
We can produce information explaining our service in a variety of languages and can provide letters and reports in large print, Braille, on tape and in a variety of other formats.
If you need more information about our services, or help in filling in your form, contact our Helpline on 08456 120 540. Calls are charged at the local rate. The Helpline is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Alternatively you can write to us or e-mail us at info@dentalcomplaints.co.uk
