Our Staff & Volunteers

The staff at the Dental Complaints Service are headed by Hazel Adams.  You can contact Hazel on 0208 774 3282.

The Head and staff are based in Croydon and are employed by the General Dental Council to carry out the Council’s policy. The Head is responsible for the operation of the scheme. The Head reports to the Council’s Chief Executive, who is accountable to the Council. She is supported by a team of eight staff.

The Dental Complaints Service has over 150 lay and dental professional volunteer panel members to assist with complaints resolution activities.
