We offer a UK wide complaints resolution service for private dental patients.

Our aim is to resolve complaints fairly, efficiently, transparently and quickly by working with the patient and dental professional involved.

We are a department of the General Dental Council, based in Croydon, and run operationally at arms length from the General Dental Council.
