What remedies can we offer?

We can provide an explanation and ackowledgement of what went wrong and make recommendations about how the matter should be put right including giving you an apology; and, where appropriate our Complaints Panels can recommend that a refund of fees be made to you and / or a recommendation that a contribution is made towards any remedial treatment needed, up to the value of the cost to you of the original treatment.
